How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Log in to your dashboard at contigga.com/login.php.
2. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first under Billing.
3. Open Settings and find the Delete account section.
4. As shown there, email support@contigga.com from your account's email address requesting deletion. We remove your account and all associated family data.

How to delete by request

You can also request deletion directly without logging in: email support@contigga.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We confirm the request comes from the account's own email before deleting.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all associated family data, including:

• Your parent account (name, email, and login credentials)
• All paired child profiles and device records
• Location history and geofence transitions
• Screen-time and per-app usage records
• App-block, web-filter, and other event history
• Keyword-alert match events, including the short snippets

As stated in our Privacy Policy, deleting your account removes all associated family data.

What is kept, and for how long

Location and event history is retained only for your plan's window (30 days on Family, 90 days on Family Plus) and is then permanently deleted automatically — even without an account deletion request.

The one exception is billing records: payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe retains transaction records for the period required by tax and financial-compliance law. Card numbers never touch our servers. Everything else associated with your account is removed when you delete it.
